30,785 SF, 3 story building with 42 units of affordable housing in Monterey’s historical district.  Includes mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.  Common spaces include a central courtyard and a separate garden with playground.  Additional amenities include laundry, community, bike storage, and management offices. 

Capitola Manor Housing

60,289 SF four, 2 & 3 story buildings, 52 unit affordable housing complex.  Includes mix of studio, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units.  Common spaces include two outdoor courtyards with amenities, laundry, community, bike storage, and management offices.  Project is built next to the railway line for access to future “rail trail” transportation corridor.​​

Jessie Street Apartments

32,862 SF five-story building, 50 unit affordable housing complex.  Includes mix of studio and 1 bedroom units.  Common spaces include an outdoor gathering location, exterior rooftop patio, laundry, community, bike storage, and management offices.  Project is built on a steep slope requiring soil nail shoring, multiple concrete retaining walls, and “bathtub” style below grade waterproofing.

Second Harvest Food Bank Kitchen Remodel

Converting and expanding an existing residential style kitchen to a full commercial kitchen to be used as a demonstration kitchen for healthy cooking.

Zena Residence

4,950 SF custom single-family home.  Project includes demolition of an existing home and construction of a new home including radiant and forced air heating, custom Ketra and Lutron visual and audio system, and solar system with battery storage.  Exterior amenities include a zero edge, infinity pool and spa, cold plunge, outdoor BBQ, and comfort station.

Driscoll’s Building F Lab Expansion

5,370 SF remodel and addition to existing laboratory and sensory space for genotyping and identifying berry fruit markers.  Includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and specialized casework for lab equipment.  In addition, an exterior cooler and interior equipment lift will be installed.

Driscoll’s 265 Westridge

12,872 SF tenant improvement including demolition of existing manufacturing space with a conversion to “flex-use” and “collaboration space” designed for post-pandemic return to work office space.  Included sawcutting new 12’x14’ openings into existing concrete tilt-up walls to allow for new glazed openings requiring shotcrete reinforcement of walls and new footings.  New restrooms, breakroom, large conference rooms, and finishes throughout.

Community Human Services

4,890 SF remodel of an historical building to be used as a shelter for homeless women and families with children. The shelter, which can accommodate up to 35 individuals, includes both dormitory style and private sleeping accommodations.  Other amenities include a commercial kitchen, activity room, laundry facilities, and office space.

Dientes Community Dental

5,795 SF ground up non-profit dental clinic with eleven patient treatment rooms, clean utility lab room, break and conference rooms.  Project is part of a two-phase project incorporating two non-profit medical clinics in Phase 1 and a 57-unit affordable housing complex in Phase 2.  All buildings include individual photovoltaic systems, and Vapor Mitigation Systems associated with an offsite soil contamination source.  Other improvements of 1.29 acre site include a central clinic plaza, 190 parking spaces including pervious surfaces, stormwater treatment, and utility infrastructure.

Santa Cruz Community Health

20,126 SF two-story ground up, non-profit OSHPD-3 health clinic with twenty six exam rooms, 4 behavioral health exam rooms, optometry, medication rooms, laboratory, break and conference rooms.  Project is part of a two-phase project incorporating two non-profit medical clinics in Phase 1 and a 57-unit affordable housing complex in Phase 2.  All buildings include individual photovoltaic systems, and Vapor Mitigation Systems associated with an offsite soil contamination source.  Other improvements of 1.29 acre site include a central clinic plaza, 190 parking spaces including pervious surfaces, stormwater treatment, and utility infrastructure.

Bienestar Apartments

58,794 SF four, three-story building, 57 unit affordable housing complex.  Includes mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.  Common spaces include a central playground area, laundry, community, learning center, bike storage, and management offices.  Project is the second phase of a two-phase project incorporating two non-profit medical clinics in Phase 1.  All buildings include individual photovoltaic systems, and Vapor Mitigation Systems associated with an offsite soil contamination source.  Other improvements of 1.29 acre site include a central clinic plaza, 190 parking spaces including pervious surfaces, stormwater treatment, and utility infrastructure.
